Ensuring mothers' satisfaction regarding child health services is paramount for promoting the overall health and wellness of their children. When mothers are satisfied with the healthcare services they receive from the RHU, several key benefits emerge. This study determined the level of satisfaction of the mothers who availed the child health services in the Rural Health Unit of Baao, Camarines Sur for their children. There were 113 randomly selected respondents from San Roque, Sta. Cruz, and Del Rosario, Baao, Camarines Sur. The descriptive correlational survey method was utilized in the study, with the questionnaire as the main data gathering instrument. The data gathered were tabulated and analyzed using the following data analysis: percentage technique, weighted mean, Likert Scale, and Chi Square. Majority of the respondents are aged between 30 to 34 years old, high school graduates, married, self-employed, have 4 to 5 children, and a monthly family income of below 10,000 pesos. Levels of satisfaction of mothers were concluded as satisfied overall with the child health services namely the Newborn Screening, Infant and Young Child Feeding, and Expanded Program on Immunization. Intrinsic factors that greatly affected the level of satisfaction include time management, past experiences regarding healthcare services, healthcare expectations, and personal/family problems while extrinsic factors included waiting time, efficiency and availability of healthcare workers, hospital/RHU location, and influence/discouragement of family and friends. It was also shown that there is no significant relationship between the demographic indicators and the level of satisfaction of mothers on their level of satisfaction with the three services: newborn screening, infant and young child feeding, and expanded program on immunization. Proposed plan is to disseminate a comprehensive pamphlet containing detailed information about the various child health services provided by the RHU Baao.
