The study further investigated the student's impact and the factors affecting low self-esteem through a questionnaire-based approach. This study utilized the Quantitative Descriptive Research Method. The researchers used Slovin’s formula to determine the sample size of respondents in 1st- to 3rd- year students during the 1st semester of the School Year 2024-2025. In addition, researchers utilized questionnaires as the data gathering tool using percentage techniques, weighted mean, 4-point Likert scale, and ranking method formula to compute the profile of the respondents, the impact of low self-esteem of BSOA students, the factors affecting low self-esteem by BSOA students, and formulation of the action plan.
