Dissertation note: Undergraduate Thesis (BSOA) - Office Administration. Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, 2025. Abstract: This study assessed the work-related disposition of personnel assigned to the Philippine National Police in the Municipality of Buhi, focusing on both Uniformed and Non-Uniformed members. The research aimed to determine the level of employee disposition in terms of job commitment, punctuality and attendance, responsiveness to community needs, professionalism and ethical conduct, and teamwork and collaboration. It also identified the major difficulties encountered by personnel in the performance of their official duties. A descriptive research design was employed, using a survey questionnaire as the primary data-gathering tool. The respondents comprised 100% of the Uniformed and Non-Uniformed Personnel currently assigned to the Philippine National Police in the Municipality of Buhi. Data were treated and analyzed using frequency count percentage, and weighted mean to interpret the responses accurately. The findings revealed that the respondents generally demonstrated a favorable disposition toward their work, as most indicators across the identified dimensions were interpreted as "Agree". Despite this positive outlook, several challenges were noted. These included personal concerns affecting their work focus, extended working hours influencing attendance and punctuality, limited manpower affecting responsiveness to public needs, occasional ethical dilemmas, and interpersonal conflicts that affect collaboration among personnel. Based on the results, the study recommends the strengthening of employee support mechanisms, continuous professional and ethical training, workload management strategies, and initiatives that promote cooperation and teamwork. These measures are expected to enhance employee effectiveness and contribute to improve public service delivery within the organization.
