This research focused on the responsible tourism practices. This study seeks to identify what are the responsible practices in Bula, Camarines Sur. The profile of selected attractions in Bula, Camarines Sur in terms of: Attraction, Years in existence or operation, Responsible Tourism Policies. What is the level of awareness of respondents on responsible tourism in terms of, Economic Responsibility Social Responsibility, Cultural Responsibility, Environmental Responsibility, Support for sustainable development, the significant difference on the level of Awareness of the respondents on responsible tourism when group according to stakeholders and lastly What Initiative awareness program can be proposed based on the findings of the study, This study selected some of the attractions in Bula, which is the Nalalata Falls, Tan-Awan, Bustarga Beach House and Bula Masarig engineered bamboo production. The statistics used in interpretation of data in the present study where purposive sampling, weighted mean, Likert scale and spearman rank to obtain with accurate interpretation of the result and attest the accuracy of the data gathered. The result was check by the statistician using the formula Chronbach's Alpha. This study gathered a data through a Survey questionnaire with a total respondent of one hundred eighty-three (183) comes from the Tourist, Community, Destination's Management, and LGU. Furthermore, the major findings of the study reflect that Bula, Camarines sur encounter several issues and challenges especially in environmental responsibility on responsible tourism practices. Therefore, the researchers suggested initiative program entitled Empowering Community through Responsible Tourism: A livelihood program. This initiative will help the community to have more knowledge and train the stakeholders to practice sustainability.
