This study examines the destination attributes of Minalabac, Camarines Sur, as a basis for developing a sustainable tourism competitiveness framework. Minalabac, known for its rich cultural heritage and natural landscapes, offers untapped potential as a tourism destination in the Bicol region. Employing a descriptive research design, the study gathered data through surveys from 200 respondents, including tourists, residents, and resort administrators. The research assessed key attributes of competitiveness, including safety and security, maintenance and cleanliness, infrastructure, information and communication, pricing, facilities, attractions, and the social behavior of residents. Results highlight that while tourists value safety, cleanliness, and community hospitality, challenges such as inadequate infrastructure and limited internet connectivity hinder the destination's growth. The study concludes that Minalabac can strengthen its position as a competitive tourism destination through a well-crafted destination management plan. Recommendations include improving infrastructure and connectivity, engaging the community in tourism initiatives, enhancing waste management systems, and implementing sustainable practices to preserve natural and cultural resources. The proposed destination management plan aims to balance sustainable development with the municipality's socio-economic and environmental goals, ensuring long-term competitiveness and growth for Minalabac's tourism sector. The study suggests that improvements in infrastructure, marketing strategies, and community involvement could significantly enhance Minalabac's tourism competitiveness. The research emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive destination management plan to foster sustainable growth while preserving local resources and promoting economic development.
