This study aimed to determine the perceived level of knowledge in arts among Bachelor of Culture and Arts Education students in Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges for the school year 2024-2025. The study specifically sought to assess the students' perceived level of knowledge in arts, including foundational concepts, artistic techniques, cultural context, and knowledge application. Identify the difficulties encountered by students in achieving knowledge in the Arts. Develop supplementary materials based on the findings of the study to enhance students' knowledge and understanding of the Arts. This study employed a quantitative method to determine the perceived level of expertise in arts among BCAED students in CSPC. A survey questionnaire was administered to 153 respondents selected through random sampling. The study used descriptive statistics to analyze the data and identify the level of knowledge and difficulties encountered by the students in the Arts. The findings revealed that students have a knowledgeable level of understanding in foundational concepts, artistic techniques, cultural context, and knowledge application. However, they encountered difficulties in learning Arts, particularly in accessing reliable resources. To address this challenge, the study proposes the development of a supplementary material called "Kurit Pagtukdo" to enhance students' understanding and application of art concepts. This study aims to improve both the teaching and learning in arts. The findings suggest that arts students need additional support, such as supplementary materials, to improve their understanding and appreciation of art. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of teaching skills in finding reliable sources to help students become more effective in their art studies.
