It will be a partnership for JL Delicacy as their business structure is simple to set up and has cheap start-up fees. The business has access to extra funding. Their product is made of local ingredients found in the area such as rice flour, pili nuts and sangkaka promoting their native resources Polvoron is a much-loved sweet treat from the Philippines, where it was introduced during Spanish colonial rule and adapted to local ingredients and preferences. Nowadays, it is popular as a pasalubong, a little gift you give to friends and family when you return from a trip, to show that you were thinking of them. This made the polvoron famous and open opportunity for small businesses. The business owners produced the concept by developing and innovating various tastes of this famous delicacy that would offer another taste and variant of pasalubong products using native or local products as the main ingredients. The recipes that the researchers used in the BUKALI Rice-Pili Polvoron would undoubtedly catch people's attention tha would encourage them to purchase the product more frequently. The pasalubong center in Baao would be the first place where our BUKALI Rice-Pili Polvoron is kept. The location was ideal because everyone could be our product's target market. Eventually this sought to be known to larger market increasing its production and distribution in every pasalubong center.
