The milk tea industry had experienced rapid growth leading to a global phenomenon. Because of this, relentless business competitors had arisen, making it hard for small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to stay agile in this competitive industry. This study aimed to implement an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for The Seven Bucks Nabua, a business seeking to enhance operational efficiency and streamline its processes. The implementation aimed at improving several areas of The Seven Bucks Nabua such as their sales, inventory, and employee information management. The study involved examining their current business processes, setting-up the chosen Odoo ERP system, and evaluating the system performance based on ISO/IEC 25010 metric. This research employs mixed-method research design. The management of The Seven Bucks Nabua was interviewed to determine their current business processes and the Odoo system was evaluated using survey questionnaire that was conducted to the management and staff, ERP expert, and IT experts. Findings showed that the system was highly accepted in terms of functional suitability, performance efficiency, interaction capability, and reliability. The study recommends that business should fully implement the Odoo ERP system to drive long-term growth. Future researchers should also try to implement other ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle and use other modules that is not included in this study. Other ISO/IEC 25010 quality characteristics such as the Compatibility, Security, Maintainability, Flexibility, and Safety, should also be considered by future researchers to be included in the evaluation of their study.
