The improved portable mung bean sheller is designed to solve issues found in the previous machine, especially when used in areas without electricity. The device now runs on a gas-powered motor, making it more portable and suitable for remote farming. To ensure safety, it includes a protective cover on the hopper to shield the rubber rollers and the user, and detachable guards around the belts and pulleys. These guards make the machine safer to use and easier to maintain. The height of the machine has been increased by 21 cm to make it more comfortable for users, reducing the need to bend over. The main parts of the sheller include a rotating sheller to separate the beans from their shells, a sieve to filter debris, a blower to remove light materials like shells, and a speed reducer to control the machine's operation. This upgraded model improves safety, convenience, and efficiency for mung bean farmers.
