Sexuality and reproductive health education are significant in moving people's ideas into a more comprehensive and scientific perspective. This thesis investigates the knowledge, attitudes, and practices on sexuality and reproductive health of senior high school students in Zone 2 of Catanduanes. The study employs a descriptive-correlational research design through a questionnaire distributed to 384 senior high school students. The data were analyzed using the Percentage technique, Weighted mean, Spearman's rank correlation, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, Cramer's V measure of association, Mann-Whitney U test, and Kruskal-Wallis H test. The results show that most students are moderately knowledgeable and have a positive attitude towards sexuality and reproductive health. Students exhibit both positive behaviors and areas needing improvement in their practices regarding sexuality and reproductive health. Most students reported that access to healthcare and people factors have a moderate influence on their KAP. Age, grade level, sex, sexual orientation, and family monthly income all show varying degrees of relationship on students' KAP. Significant differences in KAP were found based on demographic profiles. Grade 12 students and female students demonstrated higher knowledge and more positive attitudes towards both sexuality and reproductive health compared to their counterparts. Differences were also observed between students of different sexual orientations and family income levels, with higher-income students generally showing better outcomes. The researcher recommends the implementation of the plan focused on activities to increase knowledge and positive attitudes. Activities may include awareness campaigns, interactive KAP seminars and forums, peer-led workshops on responsible practices and real-life scenarios, practical workshops on safe practices, decision-making, self-confidence, and parental and community involvement programs to improve open discussions about reproductive health.
