Efficient queue management is crucial for optimizing administrative processes, particularly in academic institutions where registrar offices handle high volumes of transactions daily. This study focuses on developing a wireless paging system to enhance queue management at the Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) Registrar's Office. The traditional queuing system often leads to long wait times, frustration, and inefficiency in handling student transactions. To address these issues, the proposed system utilizes a wireless paging device that notifies clients when their turn arrives, allowing them to wait more comfortably without constantly monitoring the queue. The study follows a mixed-methods research approach, integrating developmental and experimental methodologies. The wireless paging system consists of a transmitter and multiple receivers, utilizing radio frequency technology to ensure reliable and real-time alerts. Key performance metrics such as range and accuracy were evaluated through extensive testing. The results demonstrate that the system effectively reduces waiting times, enhances customer satisfaction, and improves the overall efficiency of registrar office transactions. The implementation of this wireless paging system not only streamlines queue management but also enhances the service experience for students and staff. By minimizing congestion and optimizing transaction flow, the CSPC Registrar's Office can operate more efficiently, setting a benchmark for other academic institutions. The study concludes that integrating automation in queue management significantly contributes to institutional productivity and customer service excellence.
