This study aims to determine the academic performance among Bachelor of Science in Office Administration students in Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges-Buhi Campus. Specific concerns in students often face challenges related to lack of academic support and financial difficulties can significantly impact student's academic performance. The respondents were 32 percent of the officialy enrolled students at Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges Buhi Campus with a total of 357 students for academic year 2024-2025. The researchers utilized the descriptive research design as the main data gathering tool in the study using weighted mean. Findings were: the students' attendance and engagement is vital for their academic performance in class. While the challenges encountered by the respondents regarding the financial stability were interpreted as agree. The study concluded that the profile of the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration students primary consists of single, females, aged 20-21, mostly in their third year, from public schools, with below 5,000 average monthly family income. The researchers provide a study guide to improve the academic performance of the students. Set daily study schedules, use active recall methods and review notes regularly to reinforce learning. familiarize yourself with library resources and e-learning platforms. Explore free educational tools. Use a planner or apps like google calendar to manage time. Break tasks into smaller manageable task.
