Dissertation note: Undergraduate Theses (BSOA) - Office Administration Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, 2023 Abstract: The objectives of this study aimed to assess the Factors Affecting the Implementation of Blended Learning in Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges. The respondents are the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration students and total of two hundred sixty-six (266) respondents from first year to third year using Slovin Formula. In conducting the study, the researchers used descriptive-quantitative method with the used of survey questionnaire as the primary data gathering instrument, and the sampling technique used is stratified random sampling to the targeted population. It utilized different statistical tools such as frequency count, percentage technique, weighted mean, Likert scale and ranking method to interpret the data gathered. The main findings of the study shown that there are factors affecting the implementation of blended learning of the BS Office Administration students along on-site in terms of school related that the poor ventilation in classroom, interpreted as Sometimes and students related that facing personal adolescence problems such as peer pressure, parents expectations and stress, interpreted as Sometimes. As for the off-site in terms of school related and student related that the lack of strong internet connection interpreted as Sometimes. As an output of this study, the researchers proposed an action plan to improve the implementation of blended learning in Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges to help the college and students enhance the mode of instruction.
