The research uses a descriptive survey methodology to gather data from Baao and Iriga City. Despite primarily relying on online platforms, traditional methods like limited familiarity with digital marketing tools and resource constraints hinder the implementation of strategies. Despite these challenges, the study highlights the potential of digital marketing tools to enhance customer reach and business growth. The research emphasizes the importance of strategic marketing in fostering business success and contributing to the local economy. The findings offer practical recommendations for improving marketing efforts, particularly in leveraging digital platforms and adopting more effective promotional strategies. Catering businesses in Rinconada may grow by investing in digital marketing training, using social media and local influencers, and making their websites mobile-friendly. They should also use data to improve marketing and partner with local events to reach more customers. Mixing digital and traditional marketing will help them stand out and thrive.
