In response, backpacker healthcare teams have emerged as a key intervention, particularly during medical missions designed to address gaps in healthcare delivery. This quantitative, descriptive correlational study evaluated the satisfaction levels of 383 recipients with the services provided by backpacker healthcare teams in the fifth district of Camarines Sur. A structured questionnaire was used for data collection, and the data were analyzed using percentage techniques, weighted mean, chi-square test of independence, and Kruskal-Wallis test. The findings indicate that most respondents were female, aged 25 years and below or 56-60 years old, married, and primarily availed of non-communicable disease (NCD) services. Overall, the recipients expressed satisfaction with the maternal and child health, NCD, and dental services, such as the provision of free vitamins, weight management support, and oral hygiene resources. Satisfaction levels were moderately influenced by factors such as waiting time and service timeliness. Significant differences in satisfaction were found across municipalities, particularly in maternal and child health, NCD, and dental services. However, no significant relationship was observed between satisfaction levels and the respondents' demographic profiles, including age, sex, civil status, and services availed. A proposed plan is recommended to address areas for improvement and enhance satisfaction with the services provided by backpacker healthcare teams in the fifth district of Camarines Sur.
