Sugar cane is a vital crop in the food and agricultural industries. It is a source of sucrose, which is used in the production of sweeteners, such as table sugar and molasses. Besides its use in food production, sugar cane is also an essential raw material in the production of biofuels. It is a versatile crop that can be grown in a wide range of climates and conditions, making it a valuable commodity in many countries. One of the issues we discovered with harvesting this crop is that farmers must manually gather and harvest it with a cane knife. Harvesting sugarcanes is not an easy job; it would take hours of work just to harvest this crop in the cane fields, which would exhaust and fatigue the harvester due to the weather and the loads of canes they had gathered; the size of the cane fields also affects the work to be done on harvesting. The goal of this research is to create a useful and inexpensive machine for small-scale farmers that will work well and efficiently when harvesting sugarcane. The researchers ensure the quality of the product by thoroughly understanding each component, including trials and various methods, in order to satisfy those who will benefit from the prototype.`
