The researcher mainly focuses on the Effects of Bullying to the Students of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges Buhi Campus. The research instruments of this study are the survey questionnaire for determining the Effects of bullying to students of Camarines Sur Polytechnic College Buhi Campus. The researcher believed that this study will be beneficial to the Students, Parents, Instructor/Faculty, CSPC Administration, Community, Researcher and Future Researcher. The terms used in this study were operationally and conceptually defined to achieved clarity. Age. twenty-five (25) or (62.50) percent belong to the age group 18-21; fourteen (14) or (35.00) percent belong to the age group 22-25; one or (2.5) percent belong to the age group 26-29; the age of 30 above is zero. Sex. twenty-eight (28) or (70) percent were female and twelve (12) or (30) percent were Male. The weighted mean of all the responses were computed to determine which factors greatly contribute to Effects of Bullying to the Students of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges Buhi Campus. The respondents of Bachelor of Science in Office Administration and Bachelor of Science Information Technology of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges Buhi Campus have varies in the personal profile. The Physical Bullying, Verbal Bullying and Cyber Bullying encountered by the respondents that students and generally strongly affected. It concludes that the Effects of bullying to the students. The Effects of bullying encountered by the respondents that affects the students and generally moderately affected. It concludes that the Effects of bullying to the students. The Effects of bullying encountered by the respondents that affect the students are generally moderately affect. It concludes that students are less impact to bullying. The propose suggestions and recommendations are provided to avoid and cope with the bullying.
