Abstract: This study determined the Tourism Destination Attractiveness of Camarines sur Watersports Complex which answered questions: 1. Factors that influence destination attractiveness in camarines sur watersports complex (attractions, accessibility, activities, accommodation, amenities and safety and security); 2. The attributes of camarines sur watersports complex in this time of pandemic (attractions, accessibility, activities, accomodation, amenities and safety and security); 3. Problems encountered by camarines sur watersports complex in this time of COVID-19 and 4. Destination action plan can be proposed to strengthen the destination attractiveness of camarines sur watersports complex amidst covid-19. Findings: Camarines sur watersports complex a well-established and accessible tourism destination where tourist can relax. It was concluded that the difficulties in Camarines sur watersports complex showing that sustainable development of services is needed in all areas of Camarines sur watersports complex are the lack of number of staff in assissting large number of guests, proper grooming of the staff, decrease the number of reservations. The output is the action plan to strenghten the destination attractveness of Camarines sur watersports complex amidst covid-19 some of the action plan that the researchers proposed along the problems encountered by the Camarines sur waterspohrts complex this time of COVID-19 Reccomendations: Conduct a workshop for the staff or personnel in practicing proper grooming and proper way of assisting the guest, add more extreme activities and establishments to attract more tourist, maintenance of proper waste disposal system, generate more signages about the health protocols we have now a days to ensure the health and safety of their guest, and also some of the action plan that the researchers proposed along advertising id brochure to a well-known tourist destination.
