This study aims to find out the stress and coping mechanism in flexible learning by the 1st year to 4th year tourism students in CSPC. Its intent is to answer the following questions: what is the profile of the tourism management students, what is the extent of stress encountered in flexible learning by the Tourism Management students in CSPC, and what development plan can be proposed to lessen the stress on Flexible Learning of Tourism Management students in CSPC. This study delimited to 1st year to 4th year student respondents enrolled this school year 2020-2021. The basic design of the study is a random sampling from 1st year to 4th year tourism students whereas there are only 50 respondents. Furthermore, the environmental stressors ranked first and are considered as the major stressors that the respondents commonly encountered. In general, the extent of stressors encountered by the Tourism student in Physical Stressors, with a verbal interpretation of moderately affected where in most of them feel restless when stressed. In Emotional Stressors, with a verbal interpretation of moderately affected whereas majority of them feel get angry quickly when stressed. In Environmental Stressors with a verbal interpretation of moderately affected, where mostly of them feel difficulty to concentrate under stress. In Social Stressors with a verbal interpretation of moderately affected, as they feel pressured to meet the expectations of people. In Academic Stressors with a verbal interpretation of moderately affected, where burden of study increases their stress level. In Economic Stressors with a verbal interpretation of moderately affected, where major changes to their family's income and budget increases their stress level. Lastly, the prepared development plan that can be proposed to lessen the stress on Flexible Learning of Tourism Management students in CSPC.
