Summary: This study determined the marketing strategies of 11th Earth Farm and Resort in Inapatan, Nabua, Camarines Sur, which answered questions 1. profile of 11th Earth Farm and Resort (accessibility, amenities, activities and visitor's management); 2. marketing strategies applied (advertising, sales promotion, public relations, and personal selling); 3. problems encountered by the management of 11th Earth Farm and Resort (accessibility, amenities, activities and visitor's management). Findings, 11th Earth Farm and Resort is a well-established and accessible farm and resort tourist destination in Inapatan where tourists can relax and enjoy. It was concluded that the most effective way to promote 11th Earth Farm and Resort is through social media and the aid of tarpaulins, discounts, corporate communication, communicating, and selling. The biggest problem encountered by the 11th Earth Farm and Resort is poor road conditions along the way, insufficient space and type of rooms, and lack of variety of activities. The output of this study are brochures, jeepney stickers, and giveaway printed foldable fans that will serve as the marketing tool of 11th Earth to establish a better marketing strategy for the destination. Recommendation, provide information about specific routes in reaching the resort, come up with better promotional strategies by improving sales promotion, public relation, personal selling and advertising, provide more signages along the way, create variety of activities, and add sufficient staff.
