Abstract: This study aims to determine the organizational commitment of officers of student organizations in one state college in Camarines Sur. Specifically, it seeks to address and analyze the personal factors affecting the organizational commitment of the officers of the student organizations in terms of time management and stress management and the non-personal factors affecting the organizational commitment of the officers of the student organizations in terms of team collaboration, position in the organization, and provide a recommendation to enhance the organizational commitment of officers of the student organizations. Employing a descriptive research methodology, the study synthesizes quantitative data to glean insights into the factors shaping the organizational commitment of the members of the identified student organizations. The conclusions drawn from the study is that the majority of the officers of the student organizations rated time management, stress management, team collaboration, and position in the organization as agreeing with the average weighted mean of 3.22. The respondents proposed a recommendation to enhance the personal and non-personal factors affecting the organizational commitment of officers of the student organizations. This scholarly study contributes valuable insights for future student leaders, members of student organizations and their advisers, educators and administrators, and organizational theorists, informing strategies to foster heightened commitment and efficacy within the unique setting of student leadership and their organization.
