This study aims to determine the 11th earth farm & resort: a potential tourist destination. It answers the following: 1. What is the demographic profile of the resort in terms of: a. Location, b. Accessibility, c. Facilities and Amenities, d. Activities, e. Services, f. Safety and Security; 2. What is the strength, weakness, opportunities, & threats of the resort?; 3. What are the challenges encountered by the respondents in the 11th earth farm & resort?; 4. Is there a signed agreement on the profile and the challenges of the 11th earth farm & resort?; 5. What promotional tool could be proposed based from the findings of the study?; The respondents were delimited to fifty (50) including the local community, (LGU)/Brgy. officials, resort operator & employees, and guests. The statistical used in the treatment of data were weighted mean, percentage technique and spearman correlation test of association. The output of this study is a promotional video. The following recommendations were formulated: 1. The resort must innovate their location, accessibility, facilities & amenities, activities, services, and safety & security for it to continuously attract more potential guest. 2. They must reinforce their strengths and opportunities, create and offer more jobs for the local community involvement and they must come up solutions for their weaknesses, and should have a concrete plan for present and potential threats. 3. They should provide a short checklist questionnaire or quick surveys to guests regarding the service and overall experience they provide. 4. They must enhance the positive aspects and give more attention on the areas that needs improvement especially to their location, activities, and safety & security. 5. They must use promotional video to showcase the resort itself and the overall information; moreover, to give knowledge and for them to have more potential visitors and guests.
