Abstract: Conducting a site analysis was one of the important ways in destination management as this provides a better background for the management plan of the destination. This study was for these spring resorts to visualize the progress of the improvement and development of the businesses through the involvement of the local community and implementation of a proposed destination management plan Quantitative research was utilized in this research paper. The respondents of this study were 271, composed of 21 spring resort owners and staff and 250 visitors. The spring resorts in Buki were mainly located in the Municipality's rural areas. Jeepneys are the main mode of transportation going to the Municipality of Buhi. Still, that motorcycle was the most commonly used and preferred mode of transportation to the spring resorts. Swimming was the spring resort's most popular activity, followed by karaoke, nature photography, sight- seeing, and picnic. The presence of warning signs was one of the security and safety given by the spring resorts. Followed by the presence of local staff, directions or safety precautions, availability of clear paths and visible signage both having the same percentage, protection of natural resources, and briefing before entering the property. The output of this study was a destination management plan that can enhance the present condition of the spring resorts in Buhi, Camarines Sur, to draw attention to the picturesque surroundings and raise both local and international awareness of the destination.
