Automated Clothesline Device with Drying System was powered by a solar energy that can automatically move the hanged clothes to a sheltered place and continuously dry the clothes by the used of dryer (boiling water steam dryer) using liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) depending on the weather conditions. This study uses sensors, microcontroller, solenoid valve, motors and humidity sensors. The two main sensors used for the device was rain sensor and LDR. The microcontroller used was Arduino Uno and DC was used for the motor circuit. The solenoid valve used to control the LPG and when the clothes are already dried the humidity sensor will activate and automatically the LPG and all the entire circuits of the device will stop. All circuits were constructed and tested and the Arduino Uno was programmed so that all sensors and motor control system can be implemented. A series of trial were conducted to test the functionality, drying efficiency, and effectiveness of the device.
