Government is trying to come up with the best solution to the problem of outdoor and indoor air pollution as the world gets more urbanized and industrialized. Although most efforts have been made to minimize outdoor air pollution, considerably more focus is now required to do so because inside surroundings frequently include more toxins. People have plenty of time and opportunity to think of an idea when during the pandemic, to discover something to do that will keep them occupied and provide them with revenue during the lockdown. Growing and gathering plants became a trend in indoor gardening. The suggested system, the Arduino and loT based Smart Indoor Garden System with Soil Nutrient Assessment, takes an avant-garde and contemporary approach to indoor farming. A system is created by combining sensors, actuators, and microcontrollers. The plants will receive an adequate amount of water, artificial light, perfect temperature, steady humidity, and proper soil nutrient assessment thanks to this technology. On the other hand, the system can obtain real-time data for temperature, humidity, and soil moisture content in a form of txt file, gauges and charts. The data will be uploaded and stored of and online. The method used in the project's design offers a steady habitat for indoor plants. Additionally, users can view all of the info on your phone or computer. The conclusions were found from the different findings on this study that the Arduino and loT Based Smart Indoor Garden System was designed and created to provide a stable indoor microclimate that is ideal for houseplants as it comes to low computed standard deviations. The portable Soil Nutrient Assessment device very accurately measures the phosphorus level in the soil as it has a modest percentage error. The indoor specimen shows favorable results than the market pechay, as it is heavier and taller. This aspect concludes that the overall research and experimentation is a success.
