Abstract: Barangay serves as the primary planning and implementing unit of government policies, plans, programs, projects, and activities in the community, and as a forum wherein the collective views of the people may be expressed, crystallized, and considered, and where disputes may be amicably settled. This study was conducted to propose a two-storey Barangay Hall in Salvacion, Buhi, Camarines Sur. In particular, it aimed to determine the current condition of the Barangay Hall in terms of area, functionality, and physical defects, it also aimed to design architectural, structural, plumbing, and electrical and also determines the cost of materials for possible construction. Both descriptive and developmental methods were utilized in this research. The design of the two-storey Barangay hall has a floor area of 86.53 sq. m. The procedures followed were following the specifications of the National Building Code, National Structural Code of the Philippines, Revised National Plumbing Code of the Philippines, and Philippine Electrical Code. It was estimated with the overall cost of Php. 5,161, 313.9 including materials and labor costs.
