This study aims to provide early flood warnings in specific areas of Iriga City by measuring water levels. The system consists of sensors, data transmission devices, and software to interpret and display data. An ultrasonic sensor detects water levels and provides real-time information, which is sent via SMS using the GSM network to the Iriga City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office. A Real-Time Clock Module is also used to track time, and an Arduino Uno board is the controlling device. The system sends a warning message when the water level reaches a certain height, categorized as normal, moderate, or critical. The system issues a warning message when the water level reaches a certain height, which is classified as normal, moderate, or critical. Notably, the system's accuracy is remarkably high, and it has received moderate acceptance from the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office. This research is expected to be highly beneficial to local government entities in formulating protocols and strategies to address potential flooding hazards.
