Dissertation note: Undergraduate Theses (BLIS) - Library and Information Science Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, 2022. Abstract: The research study was conducted to determine the student's satisfaction on library resources and services in Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges. The study utilized descriptive-correlational research design. The respondents were the first to fourth year level of BLIS program totaling 203 students. The methods utilized to assess the data collected were weighted mean, percentage technique, and likert scale. The findings revealed that BLIS students were satisfied with thesis and journals ranking first in print materials with a weighted mean of 3.50. It w as also found that they were also 'satisfied' with electronic journals in non-print with a weighted mean of 3.45. Student was also 'satisfied' with reference and reader's services where electronic resources ranked first with a weighted mean of 3.38. Student was 'satisfied' with the online services particularly with the library website having the highest weighted mean of 3.4. Students were also 'satisfied' with public services, with safety and security ranked first with a weighted mean of 3.48. The study found out that BLIS students were satisfied with all the resources and services that the library possessed. Therefore, the researcher come up with an action plan that find it beneficial to effectively meet the demand of the students which they find it fulfilling whereas library aims to provide a welcoming and secure environment for anyone who choose to use the space.
