The emergence of technological advancements provided innovation in organizations to efficiently accomplish tasks. This study generally aims to develop a web-based Dra. Eulalia Elgar clinic management system for Espiritu-Elgar medical clinic. This study was conducted to develop a clinic management system that would systematically organize the clinic appointment scheduling, manage user account, manage patient record, generate report and generate data analytics. This study used a mixed-methods research design that combines quantitative and qualitative research to contextualize the data; therefore, the data gathered from the target respondents would be the only references for the development of the system. After collecting data through an interview with guide questions, analysis was done using the frequency percentage and weighted mean. On the system development side, the result shows that the problems in the clinic are the patient queue and the manual process of recording patients' information. Furthermore, in the evaluation of the performance of the system, the result shows 1 in terms of level of functionality and the respondents agreed that the functionality of the developed system was excellent. The researchers concluded that clinic management system is necessary for managing clinical processes, and system development is effectively done by following the phases an iterative model, with the use of black box testing. Based on the aforementioned conclusions, researchers arrived with the following recommendations: future researchers conduct studies in other relevant research environments, consider document retrieval, document security, and add billing statement to other related studies for further enhancement of the study.
