Information and communication technology has had a major impact on higher education, changing learning and information exchange. This study was conducted to develop an integrated enrollment and class management system that simplifies the process of adding and tracking students in a course or program. It has automatic class scheduling, assignment tracking, and grade administration as its features. In addition, the specific objectives are to identify the issues that have arisen in the current process of the Cebu Call Center Academy in terms of registration and enrollment, class management, and attendance management to develop a system and evaluate the developed system. The research design of the study is mixed-method qualitative and quantitative, the methodology used in the system is DevOps. The respondents were the employees and students of Cebu Call Center Academy, Inc. Researchers used questionnaires and conducted interviews to collect data. Arithmetic mean was used to interpret data. Data analysis revealed the academy is required to create a system that handled online enrollment and registration as well as a class management system to simplify the manual data storage procedure for the staff. Black box testing was utilized through fuzz, integration, and user acceptance to meet the function requirements of the system. The result for the fuzz testing was 0.80, highly functional: the integration was 0.76, highly functional; and the user acceptance testing came in at 0.85, highly acceptable. Therefore, it is reasonable to implement the Cebu Call Center Academy Inc., Iriga branch, integrated system: automation of enrollment and class management.
