The study aimed to assess women's access to reproductive health care services in Tabaco city. Analyzed and interpreted were the perceptions of women and RHU personnel on women's access to ten elements of reproductive health. It tested two null hypotheses: that there is no significant relationship between demographic profile of the respondents and their perception to women's access to reproductive health services, and that there is no significant difference in the perception of the respondents. Further, it looked into the constraints in accessing reproductive health services in Tabaco City.
