Summary, etc. This study examined the influencing factors that contribute to sleep deprivation among level II nursing students of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges. A descriptive quantitative design was applied in the study to establish emotional, environmental, and physical determinants of sleep quality, to measure the impact of academic and clinical pressures, and to establish the correlation of demographic variables with sleep disturbances. Data were collected from 256 level 2 nursing students and analyzed using statistical measures such as Slovin's Formula, Percentage Technique, 4-point Likert Scale, and Weighted Mean. The findings showed that sleep deprivation was to be shared among nursing students and was determined to be caused the most by academic workload and clinical duties. Several factors such as family monthly income, travel time to school, lifestyle habits, financial pressure, number of gadgets owned, average daily screen time, and number of roommates also contribute to sleep deprivation but to a lesser extent. A multi-faceted plan was recommended, including the distribution of Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials, stress and time management training, good sleep hygiene, and dormitory upgrading. These are intended to improve student well-being, sleep quality, and academic performance. Though numerous students conveyed sleeping in comfortable environments, many still experienced fatigue and emotional stress. Statistical analysis confirmed that there was no significant contribution to sleep deprivation by demographic factors such as age, sex, number of siblings, religious affiliation, and civil status in the study, indicating that environmental, physical, and emotional factors play a stronger role.
