Summary, etc. Obtaining adequate sleep has an enormous effect on how an individual spends their days. If an individual gets the recommended number of hours of sleep, it improves their productivity in general. This inspired the researchers to conduct a study to assess the sleep habits of Level III Nursing students at Camarines Sur Polytechnic College. This study also identified the factors affecting their sleep habits and the significance of the connection between their profiles and sleep habits, and, in the end, developed a plan to enhance the respondents' sleep habits. The respondents were selected using stratified random sampling. The descriptive-correlational method was used in this study. The data was gathered through questionnaires by Google Forms, and informal interview. Data were tallied, analyzed, and statistically evaluated using the Percentage Technique, Weighted Mean, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. This study comprised of 160 Level III nursing students. All of the respondents were single. Majority were 21 to 23 years old, female, Roman Catholic, and living in residential areas. Most were from Nabua and have a family monthly income of ₱10, 000 to ₱25,000. With regards to the sleep habits of the respondents, majority sleeps between 11:00 PM to 12 midnight, and has 8 - 9 hours of sleep per night, most have 15 – 30 minutes of nap time; While the respondents sometimes perform a variety of activities prior to going to bed. Results also revealed that the environmental, biological, socio-cultural, and the spiritual factors moderately affect the sleep habits of the Level III nursing students; while the psychological/emotional factors that affect their sleep habits. Moreover, the profile current living arrangement was found related to the sleep habits along time of sleep; and, the profile sex assigned at birth was found significantly related to the sleep habits along activities done before bed. To enhance the sleep habits of Level III nursing students of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, a plan was proposed. This study suggests that Level III nursing students sleep earlier if they are travelling from distant locations, as well as by stretching gently, limiting screen time, and perhaps using sleep aids. Activities for stress reduction and good sleep hygiene may also be introduced. The researchers encourage nursing students to support healthy sleep habits by promoting collaborative efforts among students, families, local government units, and schools to keep healthy sleep habits.
