Summary, etc. The issue regarding dengue cases is a common one since news related to it has spread all over the world regarding the travesty it brings to countries that are highly affected. The majority of these nations are still addressing the problem since the masses suffer with the aforementioned cases. The study utilized a questionnaire and distributed personally which sought the inputs on the profile of 355 residents of the barangay. Multiple statistical tools were implemented to quantify the responses namely the percentage technique, weighted mean, four-point Likert scale, and Chi-square test. The results showed that most of the representatives are female, belong to the age group 11-20 years old, are married, have a family monthly income of ₱5,000 – ₱15,999, and are high school graduates. It was then revealed that the 4 o'clock habit is the mainstay prevention of the community to lessen the dengue prevalence and an infographic plan can improve the implementation of the Dengue Prevention and Control Program. In terms of the Knowledge, it was revealed that the said program helps learn about dengue prevention. In the Attitude, it was revealed that it ensures healthy lives and promotes well-being for all at all ages. And for the Practice, the residents believe that there are various methods to implement it. Additionally, it was found that there was a significant relationship between the profile of the respondents and the extent of the effectiveness of the program such as the sex assigned at birth, marital status, and highest educational attainment. Creating strategies according to the needs of the residents such as posting of infographic materials and disseminating information throughout the community; effective communication between the residents and the barangay officials with the participation of the proponents can be developed in order to suffice any discrepancies towards the prevention of dengue cases.
