Summary, etc. This study examined the alignment between industry expectation and the actual competencies of Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA) graduates of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges-Buhi Campus. Specifically, it assessed graduates' self-evaluated competencies, the core skills expected by employers, and the perceived skills gap between the two groups. Using a descriptive-correlational research design, data were gathered from 85 BSOA graduates (2021-2024) and 15 industry employers through a validated survey questionnaire. Findings revealed that graduates rated themselves highly in communication skills, and technological proficiency indicating strong foundational competencies. Employers, however, emphasized the need for higher-order skills such as problem-solving, adaptability and teamwork, and technical or job-specific skills. A negotiable gap was identified between industry expectations and graduates' actual skill levels, particularly in decision-making, project management, professionalism, and soft skills. Statistical analysis further supported the presence of significant differences between the two groups' assessments. Based on the results, an action plan was proposed focusing on implementation of a career readiness program. The study concludes that while BSOA graduates demonstrate competence in clerical and technical functions, further development in soft skills is essential for meeting the evolving demands of the modern workplace.
