Summary, etc. Dengue Fever is a key contributor to various health challenges, particularly in regions where it's endemic. It can strain healthcare systems, cause significant morbidity, and in severe cases, lead to death. Despite understanding about the disease, this study likely investigates factors such as knowledge and practices of dengue fever among the selected barangays in Nabua, Camarines Sur. Additionally, the efforts to control mosquito populations and improve public health infrastructure are crucial in mitigating its impact. This study aimed to evaluate the knowledge and practices on dengue fever among the residents of selected barangays in Nabua, Camarines Sur. In terms of evaluating their knowledge about dengue fever—including its symptoms, transmission, and preventive measures—the study also evaluated their real actions on how to eliminate mosquito breeding grounds. To determine the extent of the knowledge of the residents and propose a plan that will enhance the knowledge of the respondents and strengthen their practices. The study utilized a survey method to gather data using questionnaires and disseminated among the 10 respondents of selected barangays of Nabua. The methodology of this study is the percentage technique, weighted mean, and the four-point Likert scale. The percentage technique was utilized as a statistical tool to accurately measure the responses, this approach made it easier to compare and evaluate the results and developments. Furthermore, the weighted mean was employed to calculate the respondents' ratings based on their knowledge and health practices regarding dengue. Additionally, the four-point Likert scale allows the researchers to include options without a neutral choice. It is employed in the adaptive tool with the following interpretation for the respondents' chosen knowledge and practices. The results show that the majority of the respondents were 21 – 30 years old, female, single, elementary undergraduate, and college undergraduates. Their family's monthly income was less than Php 9,520. The respondents have a good understanding of dengue fever in terms of preventive measures, effects, and treatment, which is verbally interpreted as "knowledgeable". Followed by the management and mode of transmission which is verbally interpreted as "moderately knowledgeable". In addition, the respondents' employed practices of dengue fever in terms of search and destroy of breeding sites, and seeking early medical consultation were verbally interpreted as "practiced". Followed by the support fogging in areas with clustering cases, self- protection from mosquito bites, and sustain hydration which was verbally interpreted as "moderately practiced". Moreover, the proposed plan aims to enhance the knowledge of the respondents in the selected barangays in the municipality of Nabua, Camarines Sur, and strengthen their practices.
