Summary, etc. The study investigates the level automation, challenges, and best practices contributing towards supply chain efficiency in 7-Eleven convenience store. As modern convenience stores rely heavily on real-time data, automated systems, and efficient logistics to meet customer demand. There is a need to ascertain how the level of automation impacts the efficiency of the overall supply chain performance has become highly relevant. A descriptive research design was utilized by using questionnaires and face-to-face interviews with 7 respondents. The level of automation is Excellent on all areas in Supply Chain operations. Automation in procurement process, inventory management, order fulfillment and tracking, supplier communication, record-keeping and documentation are significantly enhanced the efficiency, accuracy and reliability of the system process. The perceived level of supply chain efficiency is rated Excellent on all the key areas in transaction speed, accuracy of data, order processing time, and cost management being responsive to issues or disruptions. The results confirms that the level of supply of chain in 7 Eleven strengthen by the automation, leading to more reliable and effective in operations. The level of Automation and level of Supply Chain efficiency are having a strong and positive significant relationship to the 7-Eleven employees. These challenges show the need for proper training and technical support to ensure the success on using the automated system. The best practices are applied in the store of 7-Eleven is the uses automation to accurately track inventory in real time. All respondents unanimously agreed on a consistent in best practices in 7-Eleven Convenience Store.
