Summary, etc. This study examines the Student Engagement in Extracurricular activities as a Predictor of Professional Competence among Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA) students in Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, Buhi Campus in A/Y 2025-2026. Specially, the research explores how participation in academic, social, cultural, and leadership-oriented activities contributes to skills essentials for future professional practice. Using descriptive-correlational research design, the researchers used in the gathering of relevant data are the questionnaires checklist as their research instrument for this study, a total of 200 BSOA students from 1st-4th year in CSPC Buhi Campus are the respondent of this study. The findings reveal a significant positive relationship between the level of extracurricular involvement and the development of key competencies, communication skills, organizational skills, administrative skills, leadership skills, and decision-making skills. Students who demonstrated consistent and purposeful engagement exhibited higher self-perceived and externally assessed competence levels compared to those with minimal participation. The study concludes that extracurricular activities serve as critical platforms for cultivating professional readiness and recommends that educational institutions strengthen support structures, recognition systems, and program diversity to maximize their developmental impact.
