Given the body of evidence showing how mental illness may adversely affect student success and degree persistence, it is important to address it. The study aims to explore the experience in the two-year abrupt shift to the mental health and succor in addressing the negative impacts on the students' mental health during the adjustment of the transition of Virtual to Limited face-to-face classes of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Students of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges. The status of mental health during the virtual and limited face-to-face have factors that affect the students along personal, environmental, and sociological. Most of the respondents are female, in their first year as nursing students, belonged to the age group of 19-20 years old, included within the commuting and transport time of 30 minutes, seldom active in their churches, and majority have a less than P10, 957.00 family monthly income.
