Summary, etc. Physical education plays a significant role in the development of fitness, well-being, and overall student growth. As digital tools have increased, teachers now venture into technology-assisted methods in addition to the conventional approach to improve physical education. This research investigates the effectiveness of the Traditional Approach and Technology-Assisted Approach in teaching of the Physical Activity Towards Health and Fitness (PATH-Fit) program at Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges. This study utilized descriptive and survey approach to compare the two approach using student engagement, physical fitness outcome, and perceived challenges of the students. 106 BPED PATH-Fit students were randomly selected and gathered data from surveys. Findings indicated that students were more engaged in traditional classes than technology-based learning, which is primarily because of instructor support and peer interaction. Likewise, physical fitness results were greater in conventional approaches, compared to technology-supported learning, highlighting the importance of organized, instructor-guided activities in enhancing performance. These approaches help create and emphasize an environment where students can enhance their knowledge and improve the quality of their performanc The results are important for educators, schools, and policymakers as they can help to improve physical education programs to be able to integrate technology and make them more accessible and effective in this digital era. The government, school and the institution gives support to the integration of the learning approach in the PATH-Fit program, ensuring the enhancement and improving the quality of education. The study highlighted the strength of both methods, and is useful to optimize the Blended learning approach in PATH-Fit. The proposed output helped serve as a foundation of curriculum development, and further improve the modernization of Physical Education Programs. Future studies may explore specific aspects of technology teaching tools to properly evaluate the impact to the students fitness and motivation.
