Summary, etc. This study investigates the employability of Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship graduates from Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) between 2018 and 2022. Employability is a critical aspect of higher education, reflecting how well academic programs prepare graduates for the job market. Despite the growing emphasis on entrepreneurship education, there is limited research on the actual employability outcomes of graduates in this field. This study aims to fill this gap by examining the employment status, job satisfaction factors, and the relationship between educational background and career success of CSPC graduates. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from 82 respondents through a Google Form survey. The survey included questions about personal and educational backgrounds, training and advanced studies, nature of employment, job level position, gross monthly earnings, and job search duration. Additionally, factors influencing job satisfaction, such as salary and benefits, career challenges, related skills and program study, proximity to residence, peer and family influence, and work environment, were evaluated. The findings indicate that a majority of the graduates are employed, with most holding clerical and professional positions within private organizations. Specifically, 60.5% of the respondents are employed, and 59.18% have jobs related to their field of study. Gross monthly earnings vary, with the majority earning between 5,000 to less than 10,000 PHP. Factors such as career challenges, the relevance of skills and program study, and work environment significantly influence job satisfaction, with respondents expressing high satisfaction in these areas. The study concludes that CSPC graduates are generally employable and satisfied with their careers, although there are areas for improvement. Recommendations include enhancing curriculum relevance to better match industry needs, providing more career guidance and support, and fostering a positive work environment to increase both employability and job satisfaction for future graduates. These findings contribute to the field by providing insights into how entrepreneurship education can be aligned with industry demands to improve graduate outcomes.
