Summary, etc. Science and Skills Laboratories provide a well-established learning environment where students can develop competencies in various simulated healthcare settings in compliance with the current Nursing Curriculum. This quantitative study utilizing a descriptive correlational design with a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection focused on the stakeholders' awareness, perceptions and feedback on the laboratory compliance of the College of Health Sciences of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges. Respondents included 608 Levels II to IV Bachelor of Science in Nursing students, 9 CHS Administrators, 4 Laboratory Staff, and 21 Faculty. The data gathered were analyzed using weighted mean, t-test, and Welch's test. The findings imply that while stakeholders are generally aware of the laboratory requirements, indicators related to equipment and space allocations could benefit from further communication or training. Laboratory facilities are also perceived to be compliant with the standards. Furthermore, the feedback suggests that CHS is adept in many of the required standards but should focus on addressing specific issues related to space management, resource availability, and equipment sufficiency to further enhance laboratory compliance and improve the overall learning experience for students. Additionally, the study revealed that significant relationship between the stakeholders' awareness of the laboratory requirements and their perceptions of the laboratory's compliance status. Likewise, there is a significant difference in the feedback provided by various stakeholders regarding the laboratory compliance. Based on these findings, a proposed policy recommendation as basis for a five-year strategic plan was recommended to enhance laboratory compliance of the College of Health Sciences.
