520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. "Agricultural geophysics is an emerging discipline that involves non-invasive geophysical techniques for obtaining valuable soil surface and near surface information. The three geophysical methods predominantly used for agricultural purposes are resistivity, electromagnetic induction, and ground-penetrating radar. The text "Handbook of Agricultural Geophysics" contains ten chapters. The aim of the first chapter is to document the use of 3D subsurface geological geotechnical modelling to optimize the planning and development of subsurface structures in city areas. Second chapter discusses how the inactive pockmarks affect sediment microbial community structure. The elements of rare earth in geological formations of central region of the Dniester river basin have been determined in third chapter. The morphology, geology and water quality assessment of agriculture land have been discussed in fourth chapter. The application of geophysical methods for geotechnical parameters determination agriculture has been discussed in fifth chapter. In sixth chapter, selected geogenic trace elements have been introduced. A GIS-enabled approach for assessing damage potential of levee systems has been introduced in seventh chapter. The modification of nuclear chronometry in astrophysics and in agriculture geophysics has been in presented in eighth chapter. The statistical characterization of bare soil surface microrelief has been focused in ninth chapter, Last chapter presents the magnetic methods in agriculture geophysics." -- Back cover
