520 3# - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. This research study concentrated on designing, fabricating and innovating a device to create eco bricks using plastic densifier from plastic wastes. The plastic wastes used are Styrofoam and plastic bottles PET or Polyethylene terephthalate. It aims to produce products from plastic wastes that can benefit the environment and the community that would lessen the tons of plastic in the surroundings with no air pollution and produce an income-generating product out of these wastes. The device aims to reduce plastic waste and to lessen its emitted chemical composition. The melted plastic can be made into a useful product which is Eco-bricks. The study aims to test the device in terms of operation on how effective they are by measuring the heat needed to melt certain types of plastics. It also aims to know the power consumption of the device to lessen its efficient cost and how safe the device is when operating. This study is conducted from gathering of materials, fabricating the device, and testing it for its usage. The researchers also carried out this study in innovating a device used to melt plastics from past researchers.
