Summary, etc. Considering that planet earth's resources are limited, especially when considering its multiple demands of use, it becomes important to identify the most suitable locations for the installation of wind turbines in Bicol region. In this study, the wind resource is analyzed from the perspective of restrictive, economic, environmental, and social aspects that must be considered when selecting the areas for installing wind turbine. The study was conducted following the premises of the Systematic Literature Review and the results answer the following questions: What is the site experiment condition for the possible installation of the wind turbine? What are the installation standards for the wind turbine? How possible is the installation of the wind turbine in terms of: Wind velocity, air change rate and wind variation in terms of monsoon. This study will also determine the design analysis of the wind turbine. The researchers aim that this study will be beneficial to the community and to the environment.
