The effects of senior managers putting systems in place to best meet their employee, customer, partner, and other stakeholders' needs extend far beyond items such as lower costs and more timely customer service systems, to heightened productivity and greater sales. The systems move the company toward decreasing overall organizational costs and increasing company revenues, with an ultimate goal of increased corporate profitability.
