These activities included extensive development of reading materials and workflow tools for teaching purposes, primarily intended for business students as the receiving party.<br/>The importance of management as a long-term career track for any of practicing professional is widely acknowledged. It is an aspiration for most Staff to move up the career ladder and make the transition from staff work to management responsibilities some time in their careers. Professionals aspire that their career track will progress to managerial and top executive positions, whether in the Industry and/or the Government. But the career advancement of Staff depends principally on their ability to become effective managers. A direct consequence of this is the need for the inclusion of management studies in undergraduate courses.
