The "Tandaay High School Property Custodian Management System" is a customized system that addresses the issues associated with manual supply recording and tracking. The system, which was specifically built for Tandaay High School, aims to enhance, save time, and reduce errors in inventory management. It is primarily aimed the school's supply officer and provides real-time monitoring, alerts, and analytics for more efficient property management. To ensure functioning and cross-platform compatibility on laptops and PCs, the system was subjected to extensive black- box testing. The web-based solution, developed in response to concerns with manual recording, eliminates the need for manual data entry, offering a more efficient digital interface for users. It answers the School Property Custodian's productivity problems by drastically decreasing administrative duties. Advanced reporting capabilities, which reduce the time required to generate correct data, are key characteristics. The system improves tracking by allowing for more effective monitoring and management of supply flow, resulting in fewer operational disturbances. The transition from manual to digital recording reduces the risk of data destruction or misplacement while also assuring safe records through backup and encryption. The results of system testing and requirement-based testing both show a high degree of functionality, with an average mean of 1.0 (Highly Functional). User acceptability testing confirms its efficacy, with a mean score of 4.0 (Completely Acceptable). The system's remarkable performance and alignment with objectives is supported by stakeholder input from IT professionals, custodians, administrators, and users to is set to transform school property administration by offering accuracy and ease. |
