Summary, etc. Travel and tour firms play a big role in boasting tourism growth across the globe but were also affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aimed to evaluate the resiliency of tourism enterprises focusing on the cases of travel and tour firms in Rinconada including es business profile in terms of services offered and length of operation: resiliency practices, management of problems encountered in terms of govemment response, technology innovation, local belongingness, and consumer & employee confidence; and come up with a Strategic Management Plan that can be of used for present and future references by the tourism enterprises. A quantitative research design using descriptive method to analyze the business operations of travel and tour firms in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic, utilizing frequency count, percentage technique, weighted mean and rank ordering method to treat the data was used in this study. The findings were derived from the answers of 10 travel and tour firms with a total of 50 respondents. It revealed that most of the travel and tour firms in Rinconada offers services for Both Domestic and Intemational Operations, and has been operating for five (5) years now. Attentive leadership and management within the organization is the most dominant resiliency practice among travel and tour firms. Furthermore, problems encountered were managed through recalibrating business strategies according to the new normal rather than depending on the new programs proposed/launched by the government, making use of social media platforms in the recovering phase of travel industry after the occurrence of pandemic, maintaining balance between customer service and business objectives to avoid conflict of interests, and by administering clarity among workers and stakeholders through communication. As a result, a Strategic Management Plan was created enabling continual business operations of the travel and tour firms amidst unprecedented circumstances.
