Summary, etc. This study aims to determine and understand the factors affecting work-related stress of employees in CSPC BUHI CAMPUS and specifically it seeks to answer the following questions 1) What is the profile of the respondents in terms of A) age B) position C) civil status D) sex E) education attainment F) monthly income 2) What are the factors that contribute to the work related stress of the employees A) workload and the management B) time pressure C) work environment D) income and employee benefits E) personal relationship F) role ambiguity 3) What are the stress coping strategies od employees 4) What recommendations may be proposed to manage the stress coping strategies of the employees. The methodology used was descriptive research method. The conclusion was drawn from the study 1) the twenty (20) employees in CSPC Buhi Campus personal profile are seven (7) or 35 percent belong to the age of 25-29, the majority of the respondents are working as instructor 50 percent, thirteen (13) or 65 percent were female. It can be inferred that majority of the respondents were female, ten (10) or 50 percent were bachelor's degree, it shows that 70 % of the respondents have a monthly income of not less than Php 10,000-Php 15,000 and not greater than Php 20,000-30,000 2) Factors that contribute to work-related stress of the respondents are workload and time management, time pressure, work environment, income and employees' benefits, personal relationship, and role ambiguity. They frequently work overtime to meet deadlines, indicating a weighted mean of 2.78. Workplace stress is moderate, with a mean of 2.7 indicating a struggle to balance work responsibilities with personal life. Participants are generally satisfied with income and employee benefits, with a weighted mean of 3.19. They are aware of the impact of work-related stress on their personal relationships and employ various coping mechanisms. 3) The stress coping strategies of the respondents generally use relaxation techniques, support from colleagues, and regular activities as effective stress coping strategies. 4) The proposed suggestions or recommendations provided to enhance the stress coping strategies of the employees in CSPC Buhi Campus.
